Definitely some communication issues - Placed an order on the 14th April, scheduled for 4th May delivery and in the end was delivered on the 20th May. Never received an update for 2 weeks from the initial request after which they asked for an 7 day extension. After approving that extension, I never receive an update until the final day of the extension, only for them to request for another extension. Overall I was happy with the final product, I would have rated higher if not for the communication issues.

Ivan's team is very skilled with art. However I feel like communication was lacking. I didn't know what step we were on until a bit late. I asked for a correction and not all of it was completed. If my change request was not possible - that would have been one thing but I was not told it couldn't be done and was simply told it was fine so I thought all changes were going to be made. I think I would recommend Ivan but maybe try to be more clear with your request up front.

I requested for three teemos with a detailed background of zaun (arcane) and it looks stunning. The team of ivanwind is realy nice. The team answered very quickly and they implemented all my requests. I received the picture a day late but that was agreed with me beforehand. I will defenetly "book" ivanwind again if i have a new idea.
